原料
消化餅乾: 100g, 橄欖油: 20ml, 奶油奶酪: 250g, 檸檬汁: 30ml, 雞蛋: 2個(我用的小個的土雞蛋), 白砂糖: 70g,或綿白糖, 鹽: 1/4勺
步驟
1將消化餅乾放到保鮮袋裡碾碎

2加入橄欖油攪拌均勻

3把拌了油的餅乾碎倒入活底模具中,找個平底的杯子,用杯底用些力把餅乾碎壓實做成蛋糕底

4把已經放到室溫軟化的奶油奶酪和檸檬汁、雞蛋、白砂糖、一點點鹽統統放入攪拌機中

5按下按鈕,十幾秒後奶酪糊就攪拌均勻了

6把奶酪糊倒入鋪了餅乾底的模具中

7把模具下面用錫紙包好,放入烤箱內,烤盤中加入一點水,隔水烤來烤

8180度烤30分鐘,烤好後晾涼放入冰箱冷藏幾個小時口感更好
