麵粉: 200克(多準備一些揉面用), 酵母: 2克, 不超過40度的溫水: 110克, 泡打粉: 1-2克, 白糖: 3克, 粗磨芝麻核桃碎: 適量, 細磨芝麻核桃糊: 適量, 紅糖: 適量
步驟
1把麵粉,白糖,酵母,泡打粉混合好,用溫水和面,成光滑麵糰,餳十五分鐘。直接包,夏天怕發大了影響口感,所以包完了再發,這是專業老師教我的,真的很方便
