原料
蔥: 適量, 姜: 1小塊, 鹽: 適量, 香油: 適量, 生抽: 3勺, 醬油: 1勺, 白鬍椒粉: 適量, 干香菇: 60朵, 干木耳: 一小把, 肉丁: 1斤, 筍: 1個
步驟
1將香菇木耳分別泡發後切小丁,筍切丁,蔥姜切碎。起鍋放油,下蔥姜,下肉丁,下香菇丁筍丁,再下木耳丁,調入鹽,生抽,醬油,白鬍椒粉。關火盛到碗里。
