6搭到擀麵棍上,提起,轉移到一塊比麵皮大的干布上,鋪上餡料,周圍1cm 左右留白,然後提起布,卷一點,輕輕壓,直至卷完

7兩手扶著兩邊,輕輕往中間聚一點
