展藝高筋粉: 170克, 展藝全麥粉: 80克, 展藝酵母: 3克, 展藝細砂糖: 20克, 鹽: 5克, 水: 170克, 黃油: 12克, 展藝葡萄乾: 25克, 展藝蔓越莓干: 25克, 展藝核桃仁: 50克
步驟
1首先將蔓越莓乾和葡萄乾一起到水裡泡30分鐘備用

2再將核桃人切歲備用

3製作麵糰部分,將高筋粉,全麥粉,酵母,糖和鹽一起倒入矽膠墊上,加入水攪拌

4攪成團後加入黃油一起揉面(或者用廚師機攪打)

5麵糰揉至8分的時候,將蔓越莓乾和葡萄乾撈出瀝水,和核桃仁一起加入麵糰繼續揉面

6麵糰揉至能拉出細膩薄膜的擴展程度即可

7將麵糰揉圓,蓋上保鮮膜在溫室里進行第一次發酵半個小時至麵糰兩倍大且麵糰鬆弛狀態

8將麵糰分為2等份,用擀麵杖擀長

12麵糰有距離的放入不粘烤盤,放入烤箱不開火,烤盤下面放盆熱水進行第二次發酵過程

13大概發酵1個小時樣子麵糰明顯鬆弛變大後取出麵糰,割出紋路,噴水

14烤箱預熱上下火210度,中下層烤25分鐘左右至表面金黃色即可出爐
