豬肉丁: 70克, 生抽: 1大匙, 老抽: 1茶匙, 鹽: 少於1/4茶匙, 水: 2大匙, 生粉: 1大匙, 毛豆: 30克, 鹽: 1茶匙,加水燙熟, 藕丁: 100克, 油: 2大匙, 蒜: 2瓣/5克, 生抽: 1大匙, 鹽: 1/4茶匙, 料酒: 1大匙, 水: 2大匙
步驟
1想將豬肉丁用生抽老抽生粉等腌制起來,靜置10分鐘
