原料
里嵴肉, 醪糟, 腌小蘿蔔 (酸甜口味的), 芥蘭, 蔥, 蒜, 紅辣椒, 鹽, 雞蛋青, 胡椒粉, 生粉
步驟
1裡脊肉切片,然後放鹽,雞蛋青、胡椒粉、生粉,腌10分鐘

2腌小蘿蔔、芥蘭、蔥、蒜、都切片,紅辣椒切圈,備用

3熱鍋放肉,多放點,待油四分熱的時候把裡脊片滑進去,然後用中火至熟,撈出備用

4鍋里留底油,然後放蔥蒜爆香

5帶蔥蒜香出來後,放入小蘿蔔片

6出香味後加芥蘭

7翻炒片刻後加醪糟;(因為我的醪糟有點發酵了,所以是酸酸甜甜的)

8倒入溜好的肉片後,加少許鹽和胡椒粉,勾薄欠,淋明油出鍋即可
