簡介
意外買到了只在國外視頻中見過的fillo pastry,我叫它紙酥皮。。它是一捲紙狀的麵餅,可以簡單代替千層酥皮。話說這種酥皮不是很適合來做塔,但是我急需做一個撻,所以就順便試用一下。。
原料
紙酥皮 8張, 黃油 50g, 雞蛋 50g, 糖粉 50g, 無花果, 杏仁粉+榛子粉 50g, 融化的黃油
步驟
1紙酥皮,8寸塔盤

2模具刷黃油,一張紙酥皮對摺成兩層,鋪在模具底部

7黃油室溫軟化加糖粉打發,分次加入室溫蛋液,攪拌均勻後加入杏仁榛子粉,拌勻,填入模具中,抹平
