44開始做湯汁!水裡加入昆布,注意不要讓湯沸騰,這樣的話湯汁會渾濁!

58刮完蘿蔔之後,放在淘米水裡煮1個鐘頭,這樣會讓蘿蔔容易變軟,消除臭味和苦味。

69開始煮了!順序可不能胡來!位置也是很有講究的!首先要放吸味道的食材,蘿蔔、雞蛋、魔芋之類!

70茶巾包不能和魔芋放一起,因為魔芋中的石灰會讓茶巾包裡面的年糕變硬。
