5鍋中熱油,先倒入火腿絲和番茄丁翻炒,待炒軟後盛出備用

6平底鍋洗凈燒熱後,轉中小火倒入蛋液,旋轉鍋子讓雞蛋攤轉成蛋餅

7蛋餅的底部剛開始凝固,而表面仍有未凝固的蛋液時
8平鋪上炒好的火腿番茄絲和奶酪絲,然後馬上用鏟子或者筷子將蛋餅捲成卷
小技巧
1.不能等蛋餅完全凝固後再鋪上原料,否則很難捲成卷,不成形; 2.要用小火或中小火來烹飪,不然火力太猛容易焦; 3.炒好的火腿番茄絲會有水分,炒出的汁不能一起倒在蛋餅上,水分太大不好吃; 4、關火,用餘溫讓蛋卷兩面再煎一會兒,確保裡面的蛋液完全凝固後,盛出切成小段即可!
