步驟
1起鍋加少許油,敲入一個雞蛋撒少許鹽,待一面凝結後

2翻面,另一面也煎一下至八成熟(就是蛋黃要基本凝固哦)

3取一張麵皮放入鍋中略烘一下(鍋底要基本沒油)。也可以入微波爐叮二三十秒

4蛋煎好了,火腿肉取出,番茄洗凈過涼水切薄片,生菜洗凈過涼水用廚房紙巾擦乾

5餅皮放好

6塗上番茄沙司

7再塗上塗抹式奶酪(番茄沙司和奶酪的順序無所謂的,多少也隨各人喜好)

8放入一片生菜(上面略出頭一些)

9如圖放上火腿片(火腿肉一片太薄,所以我放了好幾片,讓孩子多吃些)

10再放上番茄片

13底部折上來(否則吃的時候汁水很容易從底部漏出來)

14然後如圖再把另一邊也卷上來

15用手把它裹緊就可以開吃了(如果覺得冷的話,可以用包鮮袋包好入微波爐稍許加熱一下)
