5椰子放入鵝媽媽鍋裡面,上面放冰糖,小火煮

6記得小火煮,大火容易糊,椰子肉汁少,所以一定要耐心小火煮

7煮到起沙即可,主要:可以小火煮,看著快糊了就熄火翻,再打開煤氣小火煮,多次重複,煮出來的椰子糖會脆哦!
