1雞爪洗凈

3八角,香葉,蒜頭,薑片,桂皮,料酒然後加水煮

4水滾開,加入雞爪,大約煮十分鐘就夠了

5煮完將雞爪撈起,放在冷水裡浸泡一會!

6鍋里下油,加入冰糖,熬出湯色, 再加入蔥姜蒜頭,八角翻炒

7加入雞爪翻炒

8加入醬油,生抽老抽,一點料酒,十三香,胡椒粉,再加些水,加蓋子燜炒一會,這個過程十五分鐘左右吧
