步驟
1鴨子切成小塊,撒上鹽和料酒腌漬10分鐘

2糖、郫縣豆瓣、醬油、味精、花椒

4鴨子腌漬好後倒入筲箕裡面,把水瀝干

5鴨子倒入鍋中,爆干

6爆好後乘出來,放在一邊待用,開始弄佐料

7先把糖、郫縣豆瓣倒入鍋中炒一下
