小技巧
也可放白蘿蔔燜好把湯汁倒出放蘿蔔煮,煮到差不多把牛腩放回鍋中煮上幾分鐘,切記放牛腩後不要煮太長時間,不然牛腩沒有什麼味道,用燜好的牛腩汁煮蘿蔔已經很好味道。
