2這是一個人一大碗的量,豆腐十字兩刀,其他材料切碎,澱粉兩勺(給寶寶沖奶粉的勺子),一會兒水就沖這個碗大半碗

3熱油倒入除了蔥、香菜以外的其他材料炒香,調料用了鹽、調料粉(十三香那種粉末,我家用的是市場散稱的)、太太樂雞汁(味精或雞精也可),淋一點點香油更美味哦!
