細圓掛麵: 80g, 精鹽: 0.5鹽勺, 雞精: 1鹽勺, 十三香: 1鹽勺, 耗油: 1匙, 燒烤蘸料: 適量

1準備材料~

2鍋內倒適量清水,待水開放入掛麵~ 用筷子不時翻動防止粘鍋,煮至8分熟~ 煮好放水盆中過一遍涼水~ 撈出控水裝盆備用~

3加入精鹽,雞精,十三香,耗油,燒烤蘸料~

4攪拌均勻~

5鍋內倒適量油~ 用筷子纏上一圈,卷小卷(太大卷炸時裡面不愛炸熟,外面就糊掉了)~ 慢慢放入鍋內,轉小火炸至~ 炸至金黃色即可~
