軟骨魚: 10條, 油: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 雞蛋: 一個, 蔥: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 姜: 適量, 生粉: 調料勺8勺
步驟
1軟骨魚去頭尾,把邊邊刺去掉,中間骨去掉(把魚開兩半,在魚骨兩邊用刀深點划下去,輕輕把魚骨頭拿起來,一撕魚骨就整個下來啦)

2魚處理好了剁碎

3蔥,姜切末

4把雞蛋,蔥薑末,鹽,生抽放入魚里,攪拌均勻

5把生粉倒進去,攪拌均勻

6熱鍋下油,待油六七成熱時下魚,用稍微大點的勺子,一勺一勺下,等一面煎至金黃再翻另一面繼續煎
