1豬排洗乾淨,用釘錘拍松,用力拍哦!

2加適量生抽,鹽腌制1小時入味。

4豬排正反面拍上一層薄薄的麵粉

5拍上麵粉的豬排放入蛋液中,2面均勻沾上蛋液即可,不用浸泡。

6沾上蛋液後立即放入麵包粉中,用手用力將麵包粉壓在豬排上,2面壓實,豬排好不好吃這步最關鍵哦!

7完成後的豬排會比原來大3分之1。
