步驟
1三文魚切成適量大小的塊;抹上海鹽和胡椒粉備用;

2蘆筍去老根,切成適量大小的段;

3雙管齊下,平底鍋里下橄欖油,下三文魚塊;

4煎香一面就翻面煎香另一面;

5另一鍋中煮適量清水,水裡放點油和鹽,下蘆筍焯熟,瀝干;

6把焯好的蘆筍瀝干後倒入煎三文魚的鍋里;
