原料
雞蛋: 5個, 低筋麵粉: 90克, 細砂糖: 80克(其中50g打發蛋白霜,30g混合蛋黃)
步驟
15個雞蛋分別把蛋黃與蛋清分開,打發蛋清的器具最好乾凈沒有水滴和蛋黃!

2首先打發蛋白出粗細泡
