4黑芝麻洗乾淨,炒熟 待用!

5把保鮮膜鋪在大盤子裡,在裡面四周 上下 刷一層花生油或者芝麻油 待用!

6把冰糖、阿膠、黃酒一起放進電飯鍋里煮,要一邊攪動一邊煮,防止阿膠糊底,煮到阿膠融化了,用勺子兜起來,看見阿膠有拉絲狀⋯⋯接下圖

7把紅棗放進去與阿膠攪拌均勻⋯⋯接下圖
