1稱重好多有原料備用!

2開小火 黃油融化至水!

3倒入棉花糖翻炒至融化!

4棉花糖炒至融化後就可以關火了! (棉花糖炒時間越久糖越硬、反之越短則越軟喜歡吃硬點的可以加入奶粉後關火、再硬糖都嚼不動了!)

5將棉花糖攤成雲朵狀倒入奶粉 使棉花糖包裹著奶粉繼續炒!

6棉花糖和奶粉融合後 攤成雲朵狀倒入奧利奧碎!

7倒入奧利奧碎花生碎後翻拌棉花糖使其包裹住食材繼續翻炒均勻!

小技巧
1 全程最小火、鍋面溫度過熱是 鍋可以抬高或暫時離開火面! 2我用的是牛扎糖整形工具、也可以用方形烤盤整形!方便切塊 沒有邊邊角角的下腳料! 3包上糯米紙可方便保存、尤其是夏天!
