步驟
1取艾草嫩葉部分清洗乾淨,放入沸水鍋內煮,加少許食用鹼煮至軟爛

2撈出馬上投入冷水盆內冷卻,用手取出艾草擠干水分,重複三遍

6絞拌成稀糊狀,一定要稀一點煎的餅更嫩,才好吃
