原料
擂茶: 一小碗, 核桃仁: 一小把, 花生仁: 一小把, 芝麻: 少許, 黑糖: 少許, 糯米粉: 少許, 豬油: 350g
步驟
1先將核桃仁,花生仁放入微波爐高火兩分鐘左右,取出去皮;

2無油干鍋里放入黑芝麻小火炒熟。再將核桃仁、花生與黑芝麻切細,切碎;

3熱鍋放入核桃/花生/黑芝麻切好的碎末,加入適量黑糖和豬油,翻炒均勻,注意不要炒太干,核桃花生芝麻餡料就做好了;

4取350g糯米粉,用溫水一點一點加入,將糯米粉揉成乾濕合適的麵糰;

5取大小合適的湯圓麵糰搓圓,然後挖空,裝入已經做好的餡料,注意不要裝太滿,收口,搓成光滑的湯圓;

6把搓好的湯圓放入水快燒開的鍋里,輕輕甩動鍋,開中小火,煮七八分鐘至湯圓熟;

7取適量的擂茶,用開水沖泡好,把煮好的湯圓放入擂茶當中就好了哦!
