步驟
1揉面過程:稱好水、糖、酵母,用打蛋器攪拌至溶化

2把高粉和全麥粉倒入酵母水中

4廚師機一檔將面打成團,然後開三檔麵糰打至光滑

11排氣後,將麵糰均勻分割成八份,滾圓後松馳15分鐘

12取一塊麵糰,收口朝上,用擀麵杖從中間向上,再向下,將麵糰擀成長橢圓形,下邊壓扁,取一根熱狗腸,放在麵皮上

13將麵皮從上往下捲起,包住熱狗腸,捲成圓柱形,底邊要捏緊

14將製作好的麵包卷,收口朝下,排放在料理盒中
