小技巧
1.蘋果選擇中等大小的就可以,也可以使用青蘋果; 2.加熱細砂糖一定要用小火,以免焦糊; 3.放入模具的餡料不要太多,否則不易脫模; 4.烘烤時間供參考,可用牙籤測試法,插入後拔出時無麵糊附著就代表蛋糕熟透了。
