鬆餅粉: 270g, 香蕉: 1根(去皮約90g-100g), 牛奶: 約35g, 蛋: 1個約40g, 糖: 25g, 食用油: 一小勺
步驟
1將香蕉放入食品袋

2壓扁壓爛

3然後依次放入麵粉砂糖,牛奶雞蛋,隔著袋子揉揉捏捏把麵糰揉勻

4如果後期有點粘袋子,把食用油倒進去,揉勻

5最後的麵糰應該是比較柔軟,但是並不粘袋子的整好的麵糰,靜置20分鐘。讓麵粉更好的融合

6隔著袋子用虎口擠出一個麵糰(約40g)

8慢慢的團成甜甜圈型

9取一個小鍋放入油,油溫約170度的時候,可以下鍋炸,中間翻面一次,兩邊都金黃色浮起來,就可以夾出來放廚房紙上吸取油分冷卻

10炸好的甜甜圈,放到不燙,但是還熱著的時候,裝入放了糖粉和砂糖的袋子裡shake shake shake~~冷了之後就不容易沾上糖了
