5翻炒幾次,均勻沾油後放入春醬,依照自己口味,春醬為黑豆醬,不咸,我一般放一小碗,約3大勺 放入春醬後翻炒,避免糊鍋,儘快放入3杯半清水,混勻

6大火將醬汁燒開,轉至中火
