步驟
1鯉魚收拾乾淨後抽掉兩面的腥筋,然後用刀傾斜45度角給魚均勻的劃斜開片

2加鹽一勺,在魚身上下里外都用手將鹽抹勻

6鍋內放入足夠多的油,七成熱的時候,將魚彎成弧形放入,小火炸。炸時可以用兩隻鍋鏟按住鯉魚定型
