原料
蟶子, 花蛤, 蝦, 魷魚, 黃瓜, 海鮮菇, 魔芋絲, 紅辣椒, 大蒜, 海底撈清湯辣油火鍋底料
步驟
1大蒜一個,切丁。辣椒剪成小段。

2海鮮菇從中間切開,之後會更入味。黃瓜切條。蝦洗乾淨備用。魔芋絲洗乾淨備用。魷魚切花刀。

3花蛤買回來以後用鹽水泡一下讓它吐沙

5爆香大蒜和辣椒,翻炒後加海鮮菇

6海鮮菇大概炒到蔫了加黃瓜繼續翻炒

7加兩大碗水煮沸後加海底撈火鍋料,一般半包就夠啦,根據自己口味來。加豆泡,豆泡可以煮久點比較入味

8煮到差不多就可以把魷魚,蟶子,花蛤和蝦放進去啦
