簡介
鲶魚煮到一定火候,魚肉嫩極了,用酸湯煮了,再也不見油膩的感覺。豬蹄也是,本來有點肥,但用酸湯煮了,就覺得爽口多了。再涮點蘑菇和蔬菜,吃到肚歪。往年冬天主打都是涮羊肉,今年換換口味,酸湯魚火鍋,想著都有胃口。
原料
鲶魚, 酸湯魚底料, 豆芽, 青蒜, 姜, 白腐乳, 花生碎, 香蔥末, 鮮魚蘸水辣椒料
步驟
1西紅柿一個切塊,姜一塊切片,黃豆芽擇了尾巴洗乾淨,青蒜洗凈切成段
