7取魚肉剩下的魚骨與魚頭不要扔掉,用糖酒生薑腌制會放入鍋里煮,用這個湯再煮魚丸,更鮮

8鍋里水燒開後調小火開始摘魚丸入鍋,全部摘完了轉大火燒開,這時碗里加入醋、豬油,鹽,酒,胡椒粉,倒入煮好的魚丸,撒香菜或蔥花即可
