往西紅柿湯汁里加面時要一點點的加,防止麵糰過硬或過軟,面最好和的稍軟些 餃子皮一定要擀的薄些,小寶寶吃的餃子皮一定要薄要軟。1歲前寶寶不可食鹽,所以餃子裡不要放鹽。
