藕 兩節, 小米椒 五個, 蒜末 適量, 鹽 適量, 生抽 適量, 陳醋 適量, 芝麻油 適量, 自製辣椒油 適量, 自製香辣牛肉辣椒醬 適量
步驟
1藕去皮洗凈備用

3鍋里燒水,水開放入藕片煮一分半鐘左右,不要煮太久,否則不脆
