很想研究出和星冰粽一樣晶瑩剔透的水晶粽,無奈時間材料有限,只能暫時這樣,下次我會繼續努力爭取做出星冰粽一樣美膩的粽子
原料
箬葉, 西米, 紅豆餡
步驟
1箬葉洗凈煮熟,兩片葉子成十字交叉,箬葉我是在下廚房市集買的長友箬葉,回來洗凈就可以直接用了,很方便

2彎過來,另一頭也交叉

3做成一個窩窩

4放一丁點西米在頂尖,(西米事先要用水迅速衝過一遍,然後濾水的。)

5紅豆餡取適量,在西米里滾一滾

6捏一捏,讓西米裹得嚴實些

9用手指按壓結實

14繩子捆結實了

15放入高壓鍋(我用的電壓力鍋),水加到粽子的三分之一處即可,高壓鍋壓10分鐘,等待自然解壓後,放入冰箱冷藏食用

小技巧
一定要記得葉子光滑的那面是朝內的,用來包住餡料的,有幾個做的時候沒注意,用了磨砂那面,結果粽子粘的好牢,很難脫出來
