4浸泡好的猪肝如图色,取出柠檬,特别注意挑出柠檬籽,冷水下锅,开大火煮沸约3分钟

6锅中重新烧水煮开,放入猪肝约一分钟捞起沥干

7煮熟的猪肝再挑一遍筋(有孔的地方一定有筋),挑好之后切成均匀的小块,平底不粘锅开小火,下猪肝块翻炒,炒至没有噼里啪啦的声音,关火起锅

11第一遍过筛,大颗粒的继续小火翻炒,起锅打碎过筛,重复3次
