4(注意,铁锅最好…有特别保护涂层的锅慎用!)锅入油五分热,把姜片和葱头炒香!!

5放螺,炒至螺稍微变色转中火放等量的蚝油,酱油,(注意,干锅了加水,可放一碗水备用…)

6放两小勺糖,翻炒均匀加两小汤匙的白醋…

7用凉水兑点淀粉…加入…翻炒均匀
