心嘴: 400g, 青椒: 300g, 胡萝卜: 适量, 油,盐,酱油,鸡粉: 适量, 耗油,淀粉,味精: 适量, 葱姜蒜,十三香: 适量
步骤
1心嘴切片,青椒切象眼片,胡萝卜切片,葱姜蒜切片!

2把心片装碗,加盐,十三香,酱油淹制一下!

3碗中放淀粉,盐,鸡粉,味精,酱油,耗油,清水调汁备用!

4锅内放宽油开火!

7净锅放油开大火,放入葱姜蒜爆香!
