鸡蛋: 3个, 糖粉: 30克, 低筋面粉: 100克, 黄油: 25克, 牛奶: 250ml
步骤
1所有材料称重,准备好(这里我做的是两份的量,食谱是一份的量)

2取一个容器,无水无油,把鸡蛋和糖粉倒进去

3搅拌均匀

4倒入过筛好的低筋面粉,搅拌至无颗粒

5加入隔水融化的黄油,搅拌均匀

7把搅拌好的面糊用筛网过筛,这样可以让面糊更加细腻

8过筛好的面糊,盛一勺倒入平底不粘锅
