原料
大虾: 1斤多, 土豆: 2个, 年糕: 1袋, 藕: 1节, 洋葱: 1个, 青椒: 2个, 郫县豆瓣酱: 2勺, 姜、蒜: 若干, 食用调和油: 若干
步骤
1虾去掉虾线,这一步骤很费时,花了我将近一个小时呢~然后后背剪开,以便更加入味~接着用料酒腌制20分钟左右。

2腌制虾的同时,把配料洗净切好备用~

3年糕放水里焯一下,捞出沥干水分~

4开油锅,炸虾,大约三四分钟,虾表皮略脆,有明显香味即可~
