猪肉: 一小块,买的5元,约150克, 韭菜: 7-8条, 香葱: 2条, 鸡蛋: 初生蛋小小的4个, 生粉: 适量, 水: 一点点, 盐: 适量, 酱油: 适量
步骤
1肉剁泥,韭菜切小粒,两者放一起加入盐和酱油,少许生粉拌匀

2拌匀后,一边待用
