新鲜山楂: 500g, 白砂糖or冰糖: 150g~200g(喜欢酸的可以适量减少糖量

1新鲜的山楂,洗干净

4煮烂后捞出放置筛子中压泥

5煮沸后的山楂水不要丢弃,在压果泥过程中适量多次添加一些山楂水会容易压一些

6山楂泥压成功,倒至小锅中以便熬制

7放了一半白砂糖一半冰糖,小火慢慢熬,需要不停搅拌,直至颜色会变深会粘稠些即可关火
