小技巧
蛋奶糊要彻底冷却后再加入芒果泥。 冰激凌机的制冷桶需事先在冰箱冷冻室冷冻15小时以上。 搅拌完成的冰激凌很软,不能挖球,放入冰箱继续冷冻之后才能挖出成形的球体。
