原料
排骨适量, 花椒若干, 大料2-3个, 葱姜蒜少许, 辣椒三个, 青椒半根
步骤
1 葱姜蒜切末,香菜.辣椒切段,放边备用.

2 排骨切成小块备用

3 锅内放凉水把排骨倒入,煮出血沫,肉质变白软烂即可捞出备用,注:千万不能用热水焯排骨,那样肉质会越焯越硬

4 每一块小排骨,切两个花刀,方便入味,煎也好煎

5 锅内放油,把排骨放进去,烤至两面金黄,即可捞出备用

6 锅内留油,放入葱姜蒜,花椒,辣椒,大料,茴香,进行编炒,炒出香味放入事先炸好的排骨进行编炒
7 倒入少许味极限,依个人口味放入椒盐,临出锅放入味精,即可装盘
