简介
是一种甜馅薄饼,一般内馅是麦芽糖,源起于台湾台中市的点心,为中台湾的名产之一。
原料
糖粉180g (内馅), 麦芽糖40g (内馅), 奶油40g (内馅), 水15g (内馅), 低筋面粉60g (内馅), 中筋面粉300g (油皮), 酥油或奶油110g (油皮), 糖粉(或糖)70g (油皮), 水140g (油皮), 低筋面粉220g (油酥), 酥油或奶油100g (油酥)
步骤
1油皮材料拌匀

2盖上盖子醒约20分

6陆续加入奶油,水,和低筋面粉拌匀,搓成条状,分割

7将醒好的油皮和酥皮和内馅分成同等份(我做比较小,约40个,普通大约30个就可以了)

8油皮包入酥皮
