2葱洗净切成末,装入碗内,加入精盐,混合均匀成葱盐末~

3两个饼皮为一组落在一起~ 用叉子在饼皮一圈压花边~ 隔一段距离用叉子往里推一下(如图)~ 依次压好3/4花边,留个小口~

4将鸡蛋的蛋清蛋黄分离,留着蛋黄在蛋壳中,在花边饺子皮中放入适量葱盐末,在倒入一颗蛋黄~

5将收口封好(依然压好花边)~

6平底锅内倒适量油,放入灌饼,转小火烙至~

12剩的蛋清做了鸡蛋软饼: 剩蛋清加入一个鸡蛋加入适量精盐,葱末少许清水,打散成蛋液,平底锅内倒适量油,倒入蛋液转小火煎至,煎至两面熟透即可~
