简介
意外买到了只在国外视频中见过的fillo pastry,我叫它纸酥皮。。它是一卷纸状的面饼,可以简单代替千层酥皮。话说这种酥皮不是很适合来做塔,但是我急需做一个挞,所以就顺便试用一下。。
原料
纸酥皮 8张, 黄油 50g, 鸡蛋 50g, 糖粉 50g, 无花果, 杏仁粉+榛子粉 50g, 融化的黄油
步骤
1纸酥皮,8寸塔盘

2模具刷黄油,一张纸酥皮对折成两层,铺在模具底部

7黄油室温软化加糖粉打发,分次加入室温蛋液,搅拌均匀后加入杏仁榛子粉,拌匀,填入模具中,抹平
