原料
茄子: 3个, 豆瓣酱: 2勺, 蒜: 6瓣, 青椒: 一个, 五香粉: 适量, 葱: 一段, 姜: 两片, 淀粉: 一勺
步骤
1茄子切条,我用了长茄,因为是绿把,皮厚,削了皮,如果是紫把茄子可以不用去皮

2调一份酱汁,里面放入豆瓣酱两勺,一勺酱油,半勺糖,适量鸡精,五香粉适量

3在酱汁里加满碗水,加入葱姜蒜

4加油,炒一下茄子,茄子吸油,小火慢炒

5把酱汁倒进锅中心位置,炒香,可以多加些水,大火煮开

6翻炒后盖盖子炖至软烂

7调一碗水淀粉

8茄子差不多炖好了 锅内一定要留一些汤,放入青椒,青椒不能炖太久,太久有不好的味道

9倒入水淀粉,开始粘稠,拍两瓣蒜放进去
