原料
芸豆: 500g, 葱: 适量, 蒜: 4-5瓣, 油: 适量, 酱油: 适量, 白醋: 适量, 盐: 适量, 味素: 适量
步骤
1准备材料:将芸豆折好,洗干净备用

2准备好葱和蒜

3先将芸豆用开水焯一下

4并加入盐(我加了两勺)和几滴油

5煮10分钟后,捞出芸豆。

6将锅洗干净后,倒入适量的油,用葱爆锅

7闻到葱香味后,将芸豆倒入锅内翻炒

8加入酱油和白醋。比例大概是2:1

9加入盐和味素。因为在焯芸豆的时候加过盐,这里不需加过多的盐,我加了不到一勺的盐

10加入蒜片即可以出锅!
